When you bring clothing to consign at
The Classic Closet Consignment Boutique  
we work together as a team to sell your clothing and get the most money back to you for your effort.
 
  • We offer a beautiful, clean, bright boutique setting to display your items in, using our expertise in display, marketing and sales.
  • We organize and run the store as a professional office and business.  Everything is accounted for using tried and tested systems (that are always being improved upon) 
  • We treat you and your items with respect and professionalism because you are our suppliers.
  • We advertise, market and generate new business daily in order to sell your items in a timely and efficent manner.
  • You bring your clothing in clean, fresh and in the best shape ready to be sold.
  • The more people you tell about the store, the more people coming through the doors to shop, the more people viewing your items, the more opportunity for their sale, the more $$$ to you.

 

NEW HOURS OF OPERATION June trial basis:

MONDAY -WEDNESDAY 10:00 AM TO 6:00 PM

THURSDAY 10:00 AM TO 8:00 PM

FRIDAY 10:00 AM TO 6:00 PM

SATURDAY AND SUNDAY 10:00 AM TO 5:00 PM

Guidelines for Consignment

  • All washable items must be freshly laundered, even if they have been packed away for a season (eaude mothball doesn't sell too well!)   Please have them free of odors, especially smoke,perfume and animal odors. 
  • Free of stains and other damages
  • On hangers to prevent wrinkling (your hangers are given right back)
  • Shoes & purses must be cleaned and polished if possible.
  • Any items requiring extra attention (will have the following service charges:
  • $1.00 - polish, delint, dehair, spot wash
  • $2.00 - $5.00  wash, mend, cleaning shoes & purses (depending on what's needed)
  • $5.00 - renewing leather jackets
  • ......Of course if they are brought in , clean, in great shape and ready for sale the more $$$ to you.
    • Clean, fresh smelling, current, quality clothing is what sells.
      • So....the better shape you bring your clothing in to us, the More $$$ you'll make.
  • Clothing is accepted seasonally.
  •   The latest styles, brand names and quality clothing and accessories are always in demand.
  • An appointment is required.  (Keep in mind:  The Classic Closet can get booked up one to two months in advance.)
  • Appointments are booked Tuesday - Friday
  • A minimum of 10 pieces, maximum 30 at any time!
  • When adding on to a contract a minimum of 10 pieces is still required and a new appointment is booked
